GAME REFUGE & FOREST PRESERVE

All of your activities at Ferncliff Forest are at your own risk.
No motor vehicles of any type!
No firearms.
No boats or rafts on Mt. Rutsen pond.
No persons or groups are permitted after dark without a permit.
All persons must assure their camp fire is out before leaving.

It is after dark, raining, lightning or the tower is wet or icy.
You have a heart condition or related illness.
You have been drinking or using drugs.
You are under the age of 16 unless you have an adult with you.
There are other people on the tower (6 max).
You are carrying a baby or have on a back pack.
The tower is not safe for pets.
